I came to barre3 from physical therapy. I was so intimidated by my first class, but I felt so good afterward that I committed to take as many classes as possible. That was only a little over a month ago. I can tell so much difference in my body and mind on days I do barre3 and days that I don't. It's continuing to be such a life changer for me and I appreciate it and the amazing people at the studio so much.

Class was definitely hard, but worth it. I felt stomach muscles the next day that I didn't know were still there. The staff has been very supportive in helping me reach my health goals.

This was my first class...my daughter talked me into coming. It was a very challenging class but I was very proud of myself when I completed it. Our instructor was very good. She made sure I was doing ok and gave me encouragement.

I've gone twice and love it. Instructors are amazing! However, the cost might prohibit me from going as much as I'd want to. I moved here from NYC, and these are NYC prices, although they have many different levels, so they try and work with your budget.

LOVE Barre3!! Such a great facility with an amazing, friendly, and caring staff!! They are always so positive and make sure your workout is for YOU, and teach you how to work at your own level. They are great instructors, the class structure is very organized, and the studio itself is ran very well! I will definitely return to Barre3!
