I love "Your Yoga" studio. The owner is great. They have a new student special. Taking classes here is great for your mind, body & spirit.

I came to this studio as a beginner to the practice, but having done a fair amount of research online about yoga and local studios. As of posting this review (July 2016) they have only been open about six months, but I couldn't recommend another studio. All of the instructors are very knowledgeable and helpful, encouraging you to go at your own pace but still push yourself. They show you modifications to poses as needed. Additionally, this studio lets anyone use the mats without a fee, unlike many other studios in the area, which is great for someone who wants to see if yoga is for them. Every time I go in, I'm welcomed by my instructor by name.
My first class was with Cheyenne and I couldn't recommend her more. She showed me around the studio and helped make me feel at home to something I was rather tentative about at first. At the end of class, she showed me the tree wall, explaining that everyone new who comes in can sign a leaf. It's really a beautiful symbol because they are truly building an open and welcoming family at Your Yoga.

I've been going there since they opened. Warm friendly environment. Great classes for beginners. Everyone has been very patient with me.
