Fifth third Bank dose not care about people or its customers. where only something you can stab .This is are rent money you all took are money gave us no record and now we are getting the runaround what is wrong with you people we live paycheck to paycheck and you stole are money and now what are we to do about are rent money we now owe 50 dollars late fee and there is no way we can get that kind of money up we are living paycheck to paycheck we are in tears right now scared to death about what we are supposed to do . Now the rent guy dose not care that your atm stole are money. And here we set crying because you all think it's ok to just take what you want whenever you want from who ever you want to hurt . What is wrong with you all . Where scared to death . How are we to get 580 in under a month again we save all week to pay are rent . God please .stop passings this off as if it no one but are Problum your atm stole are money and your Richer. And where in tears.

Problem description:
I approach the atm location in Clarksville Indiana at 5th third bank on Saturday @around 8:12 pm to withdraw my rent money of 580 dollars the ATM the atm when through the motions you can here it trying to give me the money the door would not open. And it did not dispense my money instead it said there is a problem with this transaction please try again later . And spits out my card no record given. And then I check my account and the money was taken out and so was the transaction fee .I call the police and filled can a report. I called the bank that monday 5th third said it's not there problem I would have to file a dispute with my card holder . My card holder said I had to file a complaint with fifth third because it's there atm . I'm out 580 plus transaction fee and fifth third is 580 Richer from the theft of my money they stole

Service is deplorable! Two managers watched the line grow as 2 tellers helped a customer each for 15 minutes. One was too busy talking with his obvious friend/coworker (?) And the other was busy stuffing candy in her face. The only way I was waited on was by an employee coming off of break and all I needed was TARC tickets. Glad I got free of this bank especially after they robbed me of thousands of dollars from their questionable fees and charges. I even recovered hundreds when a class action lawsuit was filed against them for their underhanded practices. You don't get crap service at US Bank! Their managers aren't scared to come help you!

The people are great and friendly but on a regular basis there are problems with my checking account. Charging fees when they are not supposed to. It is frusrtating to have to go to the bank so often to straighten it out.

I really like this bank. The customer service was was very good.
