Very professional team!! They do go above and beyond for their clients and try hard to solve any issues we had. I always left that branch with satisfactory results and in confidence that they did their possible best. The same goes for their customer service over the phone and via e-mail. Always prompt and professional. I never even try to go to a different branch and do all of my business with them only. Each and every person I have dealt with over the years at Bardstown Rd branch treated me with excellent competency, respect and understanding. I have turned quite a few clients of SYB to that branch and they all are very satisfied with service they received.Big money or small change, they really cherish their every client. I hope you have the same experience as we did.

I'm a waitress and so I normally bring an almost unreasonable amount of ones and fives, but today I brought $600+ and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice in making sure my cash matched the amount on my deposit slip. I know it took a lot of patience to count those bills BY HAND so I'm very grateful. The whole staff is very kind and considerate.
