my dad was there for rehab after spending a couple of weeks in the hosp with pneumonia..staff was great...his only complaint was that a lot of times he did not get what he picked off the food menu...its was like they just sent whatever they had in the fridge...why have menu to choose from, if you don't get a choice? very nice facility

The staff has been wonderful...Very caring and has made this transition for my mom very easy. I've been very pleased😀

One of the best places for Rehab in Louisville. Very professional staff!

Worst place ever...... Staff is so rude!!!! Mom is there now for rehabilitation for a total knee replacement and they let her run out of her pain medication and won't give her anything...My mom is in so much pain and is calling me crying..... I will be looking else where in the morning for a new place for her to go!! If you love your loved one DO NOT let them come to this place at all.....STAFF IS Horrible and they all need to go back to school and learn how to do there job the right way!!! I am one angry Daughter ( Pissed)

I am an employee of Signature-Four Courts at Cherokee Park and I am actively seeking employment elsewhere. Although it is a lovely facility, it is grossly understaffed. We can't give our residents the time they deserve because we have such a heavy workload. This facility sticks to a strict budget which means a high ratio of residents to staff and it's not fair to the residents and it's not fair to the employees.

If you're considering sending a loved one to Four Courts, ask them about the ratio of residents to nurses and aides and be sure to ask about their turnover rate. There are many facilities in the area who are not chronically understaffed, which means that your loved one will be able to get the attention they so richly deserve.
