The food is super expensive and comes out cold. The staff seem depressed and just as unhappy to serve the food as you are to eat it. If you get the chance, pass.

Typical Applebee's, just like the rest, the bartender was cool but steak was nasty. Lots of people seem to love this place but the food quality is lacking.

I went for happy hour and the food was good and the drinks were good. The bathrooms smelled like raw sewage.

Nice clean environment.. drinks are always made wright.. staff is cool. Definitely like it here

Worst dining experience ever! Walked in was never greeted. Place was empty and seating took forever. Service was slow and to be quite honest rude! Asked for medium well steak it was way under cooked blood running onto my plate. I told a waitress she came and got it and by the time she brought it back I had finished my sides. It was dry and way overcooked and the shrimp that was on there was just tossed on top and cold. Out of 7 people at the table only 1 got a refill the whole time we were there. Not even from Louisville but I will never visit this establishment again. A waste of time and money!
