Overall mediocre. My carnitas were charred and the quantity was not worth 14$. I also ordered the chips and salsa. The salsa was flavorless.

The food was really good. I’m not much of a Mexican food fan but really good. Had the Chile Relleno stuffed with Bison.. so tasty. I heard the margaritas are epic but couldn’t have any since I had to drive, settled for 1 beer out of their selection of many Mexican beers. Had the Flan for desert which is nothing more than cream caramel, brought back some good old memories.
I definitely recommend making reservations or getting there early as the waits can be long for the backyard area or the upstairs sitting area.
A must go for those in Louisville for the night

Hands down, favorite go to restaurant. Unique atmosphere, unique margaritas, awesome food (any item). Bartender has weird eye. Love it.

Wonderful food, great atmosphere, be willing to wait at certain days & times. It is well worth it. Been there twice & service was exceptional. If your over 21 try a prickly pear, AWESOME!!!!

Get the black bean dip on the appetizer menu, it is amazing! Everything I've had here, from the apps to the main menus to the margaritas, has been absolutely mind-blowing. If there's a wait, you can walk down the scenic Frankfort Ave while you wait, and soon enough your time will come - and you will not be disappointed!
