Count your change, They will try to short-change you. Did not know the correct amount. $9.36 from a $20 bill, Took 3 tries and still could not give me the correct amount . Not talking change but dollar bills. Don't really know if it was just trying short change me. Or Really just don't know how to add???

Drove from another state and 2 tolls to be treated very rude. I spent 45$and u would have 🤔 to make it right. I feel ripped off.

If i could give zero stars i would. There was this special going on .50 cent grilled cheeses, i asked for a couple of them for my family, plus a fry, plain hamburger, and a cheese stick, So i asked for those, the worker was very rude from the start. i asked if the grilled cheeses were .50$ she rudely said no. so i showed her the thing on my phone where it says they are .50$ she didn't say anything, she threw my phone in my face, then asked for my money. and then i waited about twenty minutes for my drink, then another twenty for my food. I drive off and my cheese sticks were ice cold, fries were ice cold and about 3 days old, plain hamburger was burnt and had cheese on it, and the grilled cheeses were not even cooked. i will never go back there again, please NEVER. go to this sonic!! it is the most terrible place ever.

Pulled up to a stall and pushed the order button. After 10 minutes they turned it off. By that time, 5 more cars had pulled up and none of them were being helped. Decided to try the dive thru and they told us to pull up to the window to give our order. Sat there for ten minutes, and were never even looked at. Never saw them bring out food to anyone the whole time we were there. They seemed more concerned with talking to the customers that had walked up. Left without even ordering. Never going back there again.

Customer service is so slow when you walking up to order. I believe they focus more on drive thru traffic. When there in they cool cars and the walkers are either hot in the summer or freezing in the winter. Overall good is decent. Just priorities need to be reevaluated on Customer satisfaction.
