This has to be the worst Wendy's in the city. 2 cars in the drive thru and we sat for 25 minutes. Was handed my large drink. Coke was dripping off the sides and bottom of the cup. Now it's all over my car. She hands me napkins to clean it off. Really!?!?! You do your own damn job. Ordered a large fry, asked for ketchup. Received one pack. This place is awful. Always has been, and it will never change

Wow just wow a bunch of kids that don't know what they are doing. This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. 9 empolyees at work and they still can't get it right. Well that what you get when half your staff is on drugs and the other half can't count to 10 without using their fingers. Won't be visiting Wendy's again not that it matters to that corporation. And I walked in, the drive through is even worse. Good bye Wendy's it was a good run but now I'm done.....

We'll start with cleanliness, to me that's one of the most important aspects of a restaurant. This restaurant was immaculately clean. The drink area was spotless, the floor look like it had recently been cleaned, the bathrooms were remarkably clean and the counter area where you place your orders was clean.
This place is usually crowded at peak hours, it's because they're doing something right. Usually won't find large crowds at a restaurant unless they're doing something right. It took a little longer to get our food. But the food was fresh and hot. That's really important on Wendy's fries. If they're cold they suck. They weren't cold here. I'm sure at peak hours they turn Fries over quickly. I've never been here off peak hours. I usually go there during lunch or dinner, so I can only speak of peak hours.
I want to give him five stars, but we had about a 10-minute wait. But there was about 8 people in line and five in the Drive-Thru. So in reality that's actually only one or two minute wait per customer. Once we placed our order we had our food within 2 or 3 minutes. So all in all, this is one of the better Wendy's in town. Kudos through the Cane Run Wendy's

The employees was horse playing cursing around my children it was spilled stuff all over the floor they did not have sprite or coke or sweet tea they had no straws the drive thru was not working i will drive out my way to make sure i dont go there

This Wendy's is literally 2 minutes away from my job and during my lunch time (6pm) if there are 2 cars in drive through, I can usually expect a 20-30 minute wait. Going in isn't better either. I've had the same exact experience inside, although we were the only ones inside. This isn't a 1 time thing either, multiple times a week. Only reason we keep going is because of how close it is.
