Great place to visit. The staff is friendly and can answer your questions. Lots of great Louisville merchandise as well as photo opportunity.

The ladies here were very helpful with Louisville suggestions. We got our tickets to the Evan Williams Experience for $3 cheaper than they were selling them there too!

Nicely laid-out center with very friendly staff. There are many souvenirs and lots of information about the city. There is also a small museum dedicated to Colonel Sanders (KFC founder) and Muhammad Ali. It is free to enter.

The staff is impossible to rate. I travel to a new city every week. I messed up my shipping address and had multiple packages shipped to them instead of my hotel. They made sure my stay was as good as being home. They have ALL been nothing but warm and beautiful to me. If you need a group of people doing their best to make your stay in Louisville comfortable and perfect, look no further. No other city in the country would do the same. Bravo Louisville. Your visitor center makes me want to come back again and again.
