They did a really good job with my dog. The process was not like a normal vet. After making the appointment you have to be there the day of the surgery by 8am and then pick your dog up at 5pm. And there was a line to stand in to drop off and pick up. But they took good care of her. We will probably use thier services again in the future.

I jad both my dogs fixed and it was a very simple process and the cost was covered by a voucher nice services and quick on intake great place i live that they checked the dogs for other needs like dental and clipped nails all those small things i will return

Took great care of my daughter's cat...they made sure she had pain medication, something for her anxiety, and an antibiotic shot that last 2 weeks, because I have other animals at home. They answered and were extremely nice to my daughter who called during the day to check on her little fur baby. They went above their obligation to treat her cat and to handle my daughter's anxiety as well.

We have taken our pets here for all their spaying/neutering and vaccines, as well as annual wellness checkups and flea, tick, and heart worm preventatives. The staff has always been incredibly helpful and friendly and I cannot tell you how much money they have saved us! Their Saturday wellness checks are by walk in only, but they are very efficient and I do not think I've ever waited longer than 20 minutes to be seen. Spaying/neutering is by appointment and we had no complaints or complications with any of our pets operations. Highly recommend SNIP Clinic. :)

Took our cat here to be spayed. Dropped her off early and filled out the paperwork. Went to pick her up at 445. Was told she had been previously spayed. She's a great little girl who wondered up the drive and we wanted to be sure of no surprises. They didn't call and tell us she was already fixed and charged us 20.00 to tell us when I picked her up that she was fixed. They put a tattoo on her stomach as a means to tell others shed been fixed. I don't mind the money so much, it's just that they have an assembly line for fixing animals and they're so busy they can't take a moment to call ahead to tell you or ask if you want to pick the animal up earlier as I would have preferred. They don't allow pick up till 445 and not a minute before. Total price would have been about 57.00. Had I had our vet do the deed it would have cost 65.00 and it could have been done within a week vs almost 2 months waiting for the clinic. So for those choosing to have their beloved pets fixed, might be a good idea to check with your vet first. I know our vet would have checked her completely over first to ensure she hadn't been fixed prior and most likely not have charged us. No knock against the clinic. Many swear by it, but even though I don't plan on any other animals fixed as all are fixed, I'd do a little more homework to check around with your vet or perhaps a vet close to you who is similarly priced and the wait way shooter.
