I travel all over the country, and I have to say: The Seared Ahi Tuna, served with a Poached Egg, fresh Garlic Green Beans and some sort of small tomatoes with green olives - was ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!

I couldn't have imagined Tuna with a Poached Egg; but, that's the first thing I tried on this plate (I took a piece of Tuna and broke right into that yolk), and the flavors were amazing! My mouth is watering again as I write this review... Next to the tomatoes and olives: To my surprise, they were served warm, not cold... Again, incredible flavors and serving them warm is a win in my book! The Green Beans were fresh and perfectly Al Dente (although I might have preferred a little more fresh garlic for flavor). All in all - one of greatest pairings of food/flavors I've had in a long, long time. I couldn't recommend this dish more highly.

BEER SELECTIONS: A very large listing of craft beers, many on tap and even more available in cans or bottles. Texas beers are flagged for a special discount.

Easily our favorite place to eat in Lubbock. I honestly think they have the best burger in town. The beer selection is great and the food is really good. We've never had a bad experience at The Crafthouse. The staff are knowledgeable and fun and their service is prompt. It's a great place for date night.

My favorite place to eat in Lubbock. The food is so creative and beautifully presented. You break out of your regular line up of food and it's always a delicious suprise. The drinks are amazing too. I wish it was bigger and more open it is a little crowded for my liking.

I'll start with the atmosphere drinks served in a mason jar a waiter that makes you feel like your at home and he has known you for years, That starts it out perfectly. Next the food WOW kind of a hard choice had the spicy Korean stew and my wife had bruschetta salad more food than we could eat. For those that don't like tofu neither do I, I couldn't even tell I was eating it my food was so good. We had the pickle jar appetizer which was good, they are sweet pickles if you wonder. The price is right for this place too for a lunch with an app. It was only 35.00 not bad in my book at all. Will return many times again, and recommend to all my friends and family.

We have been here for Sunday brunch twice. The food is amazing and so unique. It has a great atmosphere, and great bar selections. The only reason I give this 4 stars is both times the food has been room temperature. Granted they are super busy for Sunday brunch.
