We loved the service that Enterprise gave us last weekend. I rented a full-size for my family, and was very pleasantly surprised with a brand new Dodge Charger RT in immaculate condition. It was an attractive car that was very fun to drive.
We have rented from Enterprise several time before, and we have always been treated with a newer year model, low mileage, clean, fun car waiting for us at our destination as promised. We have never had to wait on a car, and we have never had a mechanical issue with any rental car.
Awesome service like this will definitely cause us to be repeat customers. Thank you Enterprise Rental Cars.

First of all, Big Thanks to the Staff and great service I experienced this weekend of October 12-16 rental time. I was able to get my car right away the only thing it was not clean on the outside but that is West Texas weather sometimes but the window had water drop with dirt. However, I can live with that. On my return I was in a hurry to catch my flight and I had a gentleman who offered me a ride to the gate from Enterprise shuttle. He was great. I went to the counter to turn in my rental car keys and i noticed I did not have my cell phone with me. I told the Staff person at the Enterprise counter about it and right away he contacted the driver and returned my phone to me. I appreciate the kindness and the great team work that I experienced. Thank you Enterprise for having great staff who go beyond their duty to assist a customer. Mil Gracias!

I rented for a month and was able to extend longer. They have been great to deal with. I accidentally locked myself out of my vehicle and found they provided roadside assistance with the rental. They sent help to get me back in at no charge. I was pleasantly surprised. They will definitely keep me coming back. Mike C

We rented a 2017 Chevy Suburban at the Lubbock Preston Smith International Airport. This location took exceptional care of us. They went above and beyond to get us the car we needed for our vacation. They also made sure we received the best price. One of the assistant managers, Kristen, is absolutely amazing. She swooped in to save the day when we were about to give up on finding the car we wanted. She took extra time out of her day and even worked late to get the job done. We will definitely be using this Enterprise location again!

The staff greeted me instantly, not knowing if I was a customer or not. When I requested a car that had been reserved, the attendant stated that I had several choices. He then asked what I was looking for, what would fit my needs. When I stated that I needed something that was better on fuel consumption, he gave his thoughts on which would fit my need. The vehicle performed beautifully, was clean and an enjoyable ride. Upon return, I was shuttled to the front door and taken care of by the return attendant. Overall, it was a very customer-friendly interaction and the vehicle itself was excellent.
