While Dr. McIntire is a decent pediatrician she is not without her flaws and her staff is unfriendly, curt, dismissive, and sometimes rude. Every time we go in her staff looks somber and depressed, fails to even greet/welcome us, and gives the impression that they wish they were anywhere but at work. Their attitude is conveyed in their customer service, or lack thereof, and makes for a frustrating experience. On one occasion Dr. McIntire refused to give our daughter a shot she needed because 'that's the nurses job' and there wasn't one in the office. Needless to say we fired her and have found someone who appreciates and cares for their patients they way you would like a physician to.
