Quick friendly service on a Saturday AM. Even got a pleasant surprise that my visit was covered at 80/20 under an urgent care benefit.

I would highly recommend using this clinic. All the employees went out of their way to make me feel comfortable (even though I felt terrible). They figured out what was wrong and got me out the door. I am very grateful!

The only white guy in there as he stated himself made my visit very comfortable he was very outgoing and very humorous. The customer service world needs more energetic like the gentleman there. I salute him for being one of those few. He's been in the business decades and has a great personality, that right there is what you need in y'alls business. Thanks

I thought it was great to see them take ppl in right away who had to use the restroom in a hurry. Better communication is needed between them and the customer requesting the services. That was where most of the time was wasted.

I went Concentra Urgent Care to get a DOT physical. Just as I was called back, the receptionist said I might need a result from my last stress test, but if they needed it, I would have time to get it and bring it to them. The DOT physical cost $88.00. After the physical was completed, which I passed, the lady nurse/doctor/PA, not sure of her title, said I failed,because I didn't have the papers from my Dr. I told them I would get them, but she said, no, you failed. You will have to retake the physical, and pay another $88.00. Very frustrating. Don't plan on coming back there.
