Really shity on how they did me. Been throwing up and cough a lot everyday and they said they could not help me. Spoke to some lady in at the front desk....

Would not recommend. They will charge you the hospital rate for x-rays without properly informing you. My x-rays cost 5 times what they should have. I would not go to this medical center for treatment again.

ACDF surgery. I observed consistent and productive engagement with patients. Nothing but respect for Dr. George, the anesthesiologist, Rebecca, Amanda, Rachel, Vera, Myra, Leah, Malcolm, and those whose names I forgot (sorry). A true patient centered culture.

I was taken to Grace Medical Center after a car accident on 3/7. I was immediately greeted by pleasant staff and Dr. Patel, was amazing. He was very comforting, understanding, and made me fell at ease after a traumatic event. He took all the appropriate precautions to ensure all my injuries we're properly taken care of. I was pleased with my care at Grace Medical Center and would recommend Dr. Patel and his team of nurses to anyone.

The E.R here was horrible. Went there after a car accident and there was no one there , I wondered why ... now I know why . The doctor there (Jim Appel) has one of the worst bed side manners of any physician who has treated me. I told them I was in pain from the hit I took in the accident , was offered 2 extra strength Tylenol . Really ?? I couldn't believe how cold and unfriendly these people were . He came in after seeing my X-ray and replies no broken bones before ripping the stabilizing collar around my neck off. No compassion at all ! This place sucks and I would advise anyone to stick it out at one of the better and bigger E.R 's in town.
