I love, love, love this clinic!!! I have been here around 3-4 times for the flu, sinus infection, bronchitis... and every time it is amazing. Everyone is extra friendly and all the doctors are great. I've seen three different doctors (which doesn't bother me) and all three have been amazing. The cost is also very nice, especially since I am a college student. I don't have enough good things to say about them!

Been under Chavez care for over a year. He has helped me turn my whole life around. He's a great Dr. Who KNOWS addicts well and is able to compassionately care for us.

The office staff is efficient, helpful, and friendly. The doctors, nurses, and aids are highly qualified and down to earth, nice people! I do not believe there is a better health clinic in Lubbock.

I've been seeing Doctor Chavez and his wife since I was a toddler, and I hate going to see anyone else. Yeah sometimes it takes some time to be seen, but obviously it's because they are assisting other patients with care. I sure would hate it if they rushed my visit just to quickly file on to the next patient. Their receptionists and nurses are super friendly and helpful. Definitely would recommend if you appreciate CARING Health Professionals.

If you need to get your immigration medical examination form done, go to Amarillo or somewhere else. It's obvious that they don't know what they're doing. They said my vaccination record was done and clear at the first visit except for a flu shot, then told me I was missing another one of $140 worth at the second visit when I was there only to pick up the form. They also didn't know how to seal the envelop so made me come back again. The nurse who's in charge of needles is incompetent. She doesn't know how to draw blood. I passed out at her second attempt. I may have vasovagal reaction but that never had happened upon blood tests that I had had dozens of times before.
I hope, someday, the Immigration Department designates some decent doctor's office as the official Civil Surgeon in town.
