AVOID THIS EMPLOYER AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!! Our training was supposed to be 6-8 weeks long. But they waited until they were desperate for more help before hiring people and doing training, so they rushed the training and it ended in only 4 weeks. They tell you that you can check your cell phone and be on it while at work. But I was checking my cell phone because my son was at home sick and I got in trouble. While others, including trainers, were talking on their cell phones and were looking at their cell phones all the time and they did not get in trouble at all. Even the trainer in training was on her cell phone a lot while in front of the class but that was no big deal and she never got in trouble for it. They bullied and harassed me constantly and then couldn't believe that I was unhappy with how horrible they were treating me. I was SO relieved when they fired me. It was a nightmare working there!!!! When I pointed out how they were harassing me and bullying me, one of the supervisors tried to tell me that I had no clue when they talked to others who worked there. I told her that I was the only person in the training class who was called out of class and gripped out several times. So the very next day, she started pulling other people out of the class and gripped them out about pathetic stuff. It was extremely unprofessional and pathetic!!!!!!!!! This is a HORRIBLE place to work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolute WORST insurance comapny. They give a list of providers covered, and when you go to your doctor, they don't accept it, like many great doctors don't. Customer service line will have no calls in front of you, you still have to wait 6 minutes to speak with someone. The Find-a-provider site is not accurate at all, either. Good luck finding the correct doctor for your needs.

If I could leave NO STARS I would.

Did not receive cards in a timely manner and our provider could not find prof of insurance online. As of yet no response to email request (48 hours). Spent 15 minutes on phone and left voice mail. No response. After holding for an hour a rep answered and said they woul transfer me to someone who could help and put me right back to the beginning of the loop of recorded questions with prompts to push numers. If not for the fact that they took my money out of the bank I would not be sure they really existed. Rating them one star because no stars isn't an option.

Para mi esta experiencia fue muy buena porque aprendí cosas que no sabia y pude entender todo con mucha claridad y lo mejor es que mi intructora doris explica con mucha claridad todos los contenidos.
