Everyone was extremely polite. Overall great experience.
I am in Lubbock for college but my insurance agent is about an hour away. I needed a copy of my new insurance card as the old one had expired.
They knew this was all I needed and wouldn't benefit them financially. However, they still called my agent, got it emailed to their office, and got a new one printed out for free.

They're nice people - just very wishy washy & disorganized..

I have had them for a while now and for at least 4-5 months I was paying for renters insurance for the wrong address. (Even after taking in a suddenlink bill in for them to update the address.) so if something happened I highly doubt they would've even covered it due to their mistake.. They blamed that on a previous employee & said they got the issue corrected. Noticed a few months later I still wasn't reviving mail, they still had the wrong address & didn't get it updated. Had an accident and when they called to review info- They still didn't have the apartment number updated. For someone as busy as myself, I don't have time to keep up with someone asking if they got me taken care of.. Lastly, I've always had the "student discount" and have always taken 9 hours or less.. They called today and said that since I didn't have at least 12 hours they couldn't honor this special even though I've had it the whole time..

I'd say save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.
