Not sure what the people below are talking about. The staff at rha have been wonderful to me. Maybe it's just the person calling in and not the company that has the attitude... Just my opinion based on my experience. I've never had any issues with rha and I've dealt with them since 2008. I'm actually shocked to have read some of these reviews. I wish people who have had great experiences with rha, like I have, would give a review too. I guess it's just those that have bad experiences feel like they have to get on here to blast them. But since there are only 4 bad reviews in the past 6 years, I'd say they're doing something right!

I am giving them one star because I have to, but it would be ZERO stars. This insurance company is a SCAM. The medical office contacted the insurance company and my child's operation would be covered with having secondary coverage. When the medical office goes to submit the claim after the operation, of course they cannot get ahold of anyone with insurance. Now I have a bill that I am unable to pay for because of this terrible insurance. I honestly don't see how they are even in business. HORRIBLE.

Unfortunately I have to give them at least one star since it's required, but this place is a JOKE.

"Stephanie" the executive account manager or whatever her title is showed no remorse or apologies for one of there employees that had been lying completely to me about my claims being covered and not owing anything. I was recently blind sided by a bill from my Health care provider that was supposed to be covered by insurance. RHA's employee I had been normally working with throughout the past 6 months now no longer works there. A few months ago he confirmed everything on my account was paid and that I didn't owe anything else that he had got everything taken care of.

Now today when I called in about this bill I was just hit with, Stephanie informed me that the employee I had been working with no longer works there. So now I'm stuck with a bill for hundreds of dollars and she says there is nothing she can do about it- "Sir, all I can tell you is that you owe that amount".

Worst Customer service Ever. Thank God the company I work for is not going to be using RHA anymore.

I make my living processing insurance claims and verifying policy information for patients. I call insurance companies on a daily basis, and most of the companies are very professional, in control, with good customer service. Companies that you would feel comfortable putting your health finances in their hands. RH Administrators does not have one of these qualities. I will NEVER call RH Administrators again!! We may go as far as to not accept their insurance at our office because the company is that bad!
The customer service agent (who is also the owner--yikes!) that I spoke with continuously yelled at my office manager and me and called us liars when we told her we couldn't get benefit information from the automated phone service. We make these calls for patients all day, and have never been treated like we were by her. If this is how they treat people, why on earth would you pay them to be in business with them!? There are plenty of other good insurance companies out there with a proven track record. Why risk your health needs with a company like this that does not have a trust worthy history or even common manners? I wouldn't.
