I just called to transfer my prescription to this store and I waited on hold for almost 5 minutes before anyone picked up. Finally someone did. I kept having to repeat my info louder and louder because for whatever reason he couldn't hear me. He then yelled at me for yelling at him because *my* connection was apparently bad. What?! I could hear him fine. I was only raising my voice so he could hear me. When I tried to explain that, he yelled over me to tell me that *I* needed to get a better reception. (That doesn't even make sense.) Seriously one of the rudest people I've ever spoken to.

Love this location! The pharmacy is amazing and we never have any issues with anything!
