Every time I come it seems that they can't wait on me. I get it when they're busy but when they have no one in the lobby and no one in the drive, why the extensive wait?

I had the street tacos and they were really salty and small. I bought them so I ate them. Bad experience. The restaurant was clean, the hostess was professional and they have fast service.

Normally I'm very fond of this DQ. Buy today manager Amie was apparently upset and frustrated and it showed. She was telling at her workers there was a lot of back talk, and it made the whole situation uncomfortable. While she was not rude to the customers her frustration came across loud and clear. I understand that it can get very frustrating when's it busy and your short staffed. But as a manager having a dispute with your employees in front of customers is unprofessional. I was so uncomfortable, that even though they were out of tea I didn't dare ask if they could fill it in the back because I was scared to further upset her.
