My family and I came here on Sunday morning for a nice family brunch, but we ended up waiting for 30 minutes at least to get seated. After that, we ordered our food, but it took probably another 30 minutes to get to us and my dad's fried eggs were completely raw on the inside. This place isn't a bad place to eat by any means, I can understand a rare raw egg here and there, but this place is just far too small for the crowd that they attract. The ambiance is affected by this greatly and not in a good way. If it's busy, don't bother coming here. It's way too tiny to be comfortable. Otherwise, it's a pretty good option.

The first time that I was served a breakfast meal that wasn't very good. My eggs were burned as well as my red velvet pancakes. I was disappointed in my meal.

Service not so great! Waited 10 minutes before someone came to table. Makes for bad experience. Good thing the good is good! Kids menu is just the right size.

I haven't been to IHOP in years cause in my N.Y. home town it was torn down. It was a pleasant time for me in many ways. I'd recommend it definitely.
