Went in at 9:40pm and was done by 10:15, fast service and hot fresh food! Ask for Tori, she’ll take great care of you.

We just ate there and it took an hour for our food to come out because the kitchen lost our ticket. A manager never came by to check on us or anything and they didn't comp anything or give us a discount. However, the highlight of out meal was our server Jeremiah who took great care of us and made sure we were well taken care of. If you go, ask for Jeremiah!

My family and I frequently eat at logans roadhouse the food and services has always been good. But tonight we went to eat there and it was the complete opposite. To start the waitress was not so pleasant. Kinda rude and did not come to give us refills. Hardly checked on us. My wife's steak had to be sent back at least twice needless to say she did not get to eat cause it took so long to get her food right. It was so bad tonight I contemplated not coming back the only saving grace was the management was understanding and attempted to make it right!! They need to reevaluate there waitstaff before I think about going back!!!!

My wife's steak had to be sent back at least twice needless to say she did not get to eat cause it took so long to get her food right. It was so bad tonight I contemplated not coming back the only saving grace was the management was understanding and attempted to make it right!! A True steakhouse. My 12oz steak was cooked PERFECTLY. It was so incredibly tender! I usually get my steak medium so it will be at least slightly tender, but this one was AWESOME. I got the baked sweet potato and I'm in awe how they got the skin to peel off like that while remaining perfectly cooked. And the mushrooms were excellent as well.
This was my first time here it won't be my last!
A True steakhouse. My 12oz steak was cooked PERFECTLY. It was so incredibly tender! I usually get my steak medium so it will be at least slightly tender, but this one was AWESOME. I got the baked sweet potato and I'm in awe how they got the skin to peel off like that while remaining perfectly cooked. And the mushrooms were excellent as well.

Haven't tried LR in a long time so we gave it a try.
The good:
The atmosphere is fun
Service quick
The food was nice, I was expecting greasy food but it was the complete opposite. For the sides we got fried pickle chips. They were well seasoned and almost no grease (something that just goes hand and hand with this side.)
Wife and I both had burgers and they were very good. They were cooked spot on medium rare and medium, something I really appreciate.
The bad:
We ordered a side of mac & cheese, a "premium" add on, it looked good in the menu but was about as tasty as my napkin. Also it came out late, in fact we got the ticket before we got the side.
We felt it was odd when they brought the ticket after my wife took her first bite. I understand when the joint is packed and they need a quick turnover but they were at 45% max.
Would I come back? Maybe if they had something new and exciting on the menu.
