The food was good, I've never had bad food at a Schlotzsky's, but the service was very slow. The decor is as expected though the high vaulted ceilings and lack of any soft surfaces made it quite loud in the dining room.

Food is okay but not for the price. The staff looked like they hate their job. Also all their Employee Shirts were faded, had holes and Bleach Stains. I don't even want to think what the Food Station Area looks like...

Poor service. Went at 8:45 on a Friday night and took about 5 minutes for attention from the two employees. I was then informed they were out of beef, then as I back up I order a pepperoni pizza, only to be informed they were out of sauce. Has gone downhill, won't go back. Plenty of other sandwich shops in Lubbock with better service

The big guy needs to stop the attitude. The new management has brought this place down. Something needs to change before this place closes. Oh btw, when someone asks for the olive mixture to be added to the original sandwich doesn't mean add 3 olives! The olive mixture is SUPPOSED to be on it!

A little on the pricey side for enough sandwich to fill me up but it was good! Definitely needed some hot sauce but it was tasty. I had a large Cuban meal for close to $17. Not a cost I can do daily but nice once in a while.
