This Subway was OK, they needed to pay a little more attention to keeping the eating area clean, and the restrooms needed attention too. The service was good, and the sandwich was good. The vegetables were fresh, and the bread was very nice.

Our sandwich maker was named Nicholas (according to my reciept) and i can honestly say he made it the best subway experience ive ever had. He needed to go get more roast beef from the back and changed his gloves while washing his hands in between. I had never seen that done before. He was the only one working but still handled himself as if it was a whole crew. A fly landed in my sandwich while he was toasting another sandwich in my order, and he threw the whole thing away and started over. I have also never seen that done. I am so impressed by his food safety/handling that i needed to leave 5 stars. He was very polite and professional and attentive to my extra details. (Im an extra this and easy that, put this before toasting type). He was not frustrated with my specifics but did make sure it was to my liking. This will be the only Subway i go to in Lubbock. Thank u Nicholas!!!!

I didn't even know this place was here until I went to try One Guys and they were closed for remodeling. Good food, as always.

Crunchy meatballs...most likely from being burnt on bottom of pan. Quiet and clean atmosphere. Employees well mannered and polite.

Convenient location accross Texas Tech University. Friendly staff. Food is as same as the other Subway locations. Plenty of room for dine-in. No drive through facility though. Parking could be a problem sometime.
