Had to get my order to go and are on the way to work. Halfway through my meal, I found some hair in my burger. Though it was not a normal hair. It was an eyelash or even worse, a nose hair. So disgusting, and very vomit inducing. Took the leftovers back for a refund and was sreprised when they only have a partial refund because they weren't getting the whole burger back. Very disappointing.

Been there 3 times and 3 times have totally messed up my burgers. Should of learned the first time but decided to give it another try. One burger all the way and 2 more just bacon cheese mayo and ketchup. And all three times not what I asked for. And to top it off paid good money and did not enjoy it. I don't mind paying good money, but come on guys, get the order right. The lady at the window repeated it back just how we asked for them so...... don't understand. I too heard great reviews but now, it'll be a while before we go back. I'll be going all the way to 50th to that little burger place. It's good there.

It's pretty slow getting your order but I just wrote it off as at least we know it's fresh. Food was pretty. They have a pretty good variety of choices and a pretty nice kids menu.
