This was my first experience renting a vehicle on my dollar. All other experiences were through an employer or insurance. Establishing a reservation online was good. However, I selected the wrong local location to take advantage of the "We will pick you up" advantage, even though the distance between the two locations was maybe 3 miles. It was too late to change locations because I reserved a truck, which is not a common request apparently. When I arrived to pick up the truck I decided it would be to my advantage financially to rent for a period of one week instead of my original reservation of 3 days for two separate weeks. No problem there until the representative gave me a 6 day reservation instead of a 7 day one. That ended up confusing me because I was always taught there are 7 days in a week. Good thing I checked the contract and called Customer Service to find out they have a package for a 6 day week and a 7 day week. This needs to be clearer to customers especially as I do not recall the 6 day week as an option on the website. I will say I had to call the two local locations a few times and they were busy, slow and unknowledgeable about my questions; lots of hold on.... I was given a new Ford 150 with less than 5000 miles with coffee and food stains. This is more of a complaint to the public than Enterprise. Nice truck but would have much preferred a Chevy or Dodge. All in all Enterprise is my choice for car rentals for my more rural area and will rent again as a more educated consumer.

I had to keep the rental car for an extra day and it was simple and easy to call the Gold Line in order to do so. I also loved the Ford Fusion Hybrid as I requested a car that was easy on gas. And great customer service even though the location was packed with customers. Thanks!

I have always been pleased with the service and occasional upgrades! I will be coming back repeatedly! The Enterprise I work with has always taken good care of me! I get so much better treatment from Enterprise than any other rental agency around!

I've always had a great experience with this location. Occasional upgrades and friendly staff makes an awesome place to rent a car.

Picked up car in the evening. The next morning, we packed up and got on the road for vacation. Service and brake lights came on, and no speedameter. The phone number on paperwork given with car and all i got was phone tree, and offices were closed. Only people i could get in touch with was roadside service, which advised me to drive to the office i picked car up at. Drove there, had to wait for them to open. They stated they were sorry. Had to wait for another car, and it was the exact same type car i had problems with. That car ended up doing fine. But it put us way behind schedule for our vacation.
