Not sure who the receptionist was from the other review, but I've always had perfect service from the reception, through the entire experience with the doctor and his staff. This is a small office that makes their patients feel like family, never feels rushed, and has very advanced technologies for dental maintenance and repair. Highly recommended!

Been going here for as long as I can remember they know me and as soon as I walk in and make me feel welcomed. The staff is amazing

your receptionist was extremely rude, not only did she hang up on me but told me she has only been there for 2 days and could not help me. I think its time to hire another receptionist, clearly this woman has no idea what she is doing and the fact that she actually says that to your clients.. Your office should feel embarrassed.
