I've seen every podiatrist in Lynchburg trying to find one who did not hurt me in some way. Dr. Z is the most kind, gentle & knowledgeable podiatrist I've met. He treats you like an old friend, not a number in his files, and kindly advises you on anything that might help you have healthier feet. He's non-judgmental, and excellent with diabetics. I have diabetic family & friends who feel very safe with him.

The dr.was fine but some " not all " of his office staff is very rude, and have awful communication skills.. I will be looking for another dr. Because of this issue. It's sad, good dr, not such a friendly or helpful staff.

I just had a bunion removed here and Dr. Zindel is the best! He is very helpful and is willing to give you his house phone number if you have any questions. I had to call him in the late evening hours because of a problem I had, and he was willing to come in after hours to look at my foot. The best care I could have received. Would highly recommend!!

Visited with plantar fasciitis in early may after suffering for 8 months. Dr. Zindel listened well and was very thorough and observant. He noticed things that the family doctor had missed. I received an injection to the site with amazing results and have been pain free for about 4 weeks. He used a different medication than that used by other doctors and the pain during the injection was much less than that of prior injections. I was very impressed.

Horrible!!! I called to make am appointment because pain is unbearable and I need help trying to walk on feet. I'm on disability so I have Medicare and Medicaid. Receptionist told me they WILL NOT affiliate with Medicaid. I said Mam I'm in terrible pain, whatever Medicare doesn't cover I will pay cash, she told me so bodily 'No, anyone who has Medicaid we don't see them". . that made me feel like I wasnt good enough for them. I asked her Mam I can barely walk what am I supposed to do? Sje said find someone who takes your insurance. What has this come too??? This practice is poor , your not helping a patient, you are making them suffer. Horrible!!!!
