The front desk staff were friendly and so was my doctor. The second time I came though, I felt as though the reason I came there was completely ignored and I was tested for things I didn't come there for as if I didn't know what I wanted or was talking about. I miss Charlottesville's uva hospital. Sigh.

This place is only about getting you in and out. They couldn’t care less about you as a patient. The only perk is that they’re quick. But don’t go there if you actually want to be treated for a real condition.

Only use this place as a last resort..I have been diagnosed wrong and ended up in the emergency room because the doctor half checked me. My daughter was given the wrong shots. The few good doctors I have had there left and moved on to something better.

The wait is usually long... (35 minutes isn't uncommon) but the staff are amazing. My oldest child panics when it comes to needles, the staff are calm and professional when dealing with a hysterical 8 year old. The doctors and nurses listen and take their time with understanding. No bad experiences.
