I've held an auto policy with Dave Nelles since 2010. Direct line to him. I don't have to go through anyone else. He returns calls same day. Been through a few tough situations and he looks out for me.

Dave is the best! I have a business policy with him, so I have to have him send out a COI for some of my clients. Never a problem, Dave gets it taken care of very fast! Also, the best prices I talked to another insurance guy and he didn't even bother to quote, knowing that he couldn't touch the price and service of Erie.

Dave Nelles is as good as they come in this business. He wrote our homeowner's and auto policies and when it mattered and we had an accident with one of our cars the policy he had written for us paid off big time. He had anticipated everything with our coverage. His working relationship with SafeCo saved us money, provided us the best coverage we could have asked for and delivered when it mattered.

David took time to understand the true needs for my family, and presented a policy with BETTER coverage than a competitor for hundreds less dollars per year. Very pleased with Nelles Insurance.
