They always have my prescription in stock, but I don't think that I have ever been to a slower pharmacy! I don't think that I've ever waited less than 30 minutes. Even when they are slow, everyone just sort of drags their feet...it's extremely frustrating

I worked at CVS Pharmacy for almost twenty years, and I can tell you that this specific building is a bad example of the company.

whoever kelly is that answered the phone needs to learn customer service and the act of answering a phone with any voice other than one of boredom and carelessness

I like the drive through. I can drop off and pick without going in.sometimes there's a line but it's always better than standing in line at the walmart at five. Only to find you get someone elses med or they show they filled five meds at 1100 and at five none can be found and the whole stuff of six took turns looking in all the same places yes this happened to me twice . So i goto cvs now

I feel like everytime I am there I leave frustrated. The staff seems clueless to what is going on and how to handle customers simple questions and requests. I will not be filling anymore scripts there.
