They are by far the best Applebee's that I have ever gone to. We usually go at night, and the servers are ALWAYS very good; they actually treat you like they actually want you to come back. The $6.99 burger night with bottomless fries on Mondays are a fantastic deal.

The food is very good and relatively inexpensive. The waitstaff is friendly and eager to please.

I've been here twice with guest and each time our experience has been wonderful. We were seated promptly and the waitress was kind and respectful and genuinely wanted to know us, and when we came in later she remembered us. Always heartening to have that. The food on both occasions was fantastic. I ordered burgers both times and both times didn't disappoint. The burgers were made well, seasoned the way a burger or that quality should be-salt & pepper only! Hahah the burger was crafted well and left me feeling quiet satisfied. My guests had ordered seafood dishes and they were not disappointed. They loved the food! The selection in beer could be better but I'm no snob who needs locally sourced craft beer from single hops.... I just got a simple bottled Yünling. I loved the time there and look forward to going back.

Went there on Saturday at 8:30 at night and the restaurant was 1/4 full. Hostess said the wait would be 15-20 minutes. Why??? Another couple came in and both of us sat there a while. We finally decided to get food elsewhere and left. The restaurant has gone downhill considerably over the last year. Great menu but the staff can't seem to get their act together. If you like to sit around and watch others eat then go to Applebee's on Old Forest Rd.

I'm usually very gracious with restaurants and understanding with the problems that come up. This was the rudest and most confrontational restaurant experience we have ever had. We waited 20 minutes for them to take our drinks, 30 minutes for them to get us out waters, and over an hour for our appetizers. We had multiple servers and 2 of them kept making rude comments. The manager came over and we asked for silverware (after being there for 2 hours) and he left and never came back. Of all my 72 reviews, this takes the cake for worst service. Avoid.
