Bad experience from the moment we walked in. The hostess was rude and didn't greet us. My husband's dinner was wrong the first time and the new plate wasn't fully cooked. My dinner was pretty good but I wouldn't recommend this restaurant.

Service was good, food was not very good... hate giving restaurants another chance - only to be reminded why we don't eat at Milano's. To be told that the cook is "over welled" is not what you want to hear. Sorry, I will not be back. I highly recommend going down the street to Isabella's if you want great service and great food.

Super yummy lunch buffet and very reasonable pricing. Best place to have a lunch meeting for work.

Milano's has been a Boonsboro staple for over 25 years. I took my mom and niece here for dinner. First, let me point out that Alice is wonderful!! She took great care of us and we felt more like we were in her home than in a restaurant. The food was good, has been better in the past but everyone has an off day every once in a while. All in all we'll go back again and again and always ask for Alice. She's just the best!
