The Crown Sterling has been a go to place for my entire family for many years. From working here as a busboy to celebrating many big life events, the Crown has consistently served up some of the finest steaks, crab cakes, and salads in Central VA. The salad bar alone is worth coming for - especially for lunch. The owners are a delight, the staff is attentive, the atmosphere is very relaxing, and the food is consistently delicious. Looking forward to many more great meals and family memories at the Crown. HIGHLY recommended!!

The Host Choice is best here! Ribeye, , side, salad bar, and dessert all for one price! Includes a glass of wine, but I chose a double parfait! One of my favorites for years

I've never been to The Crown out of the 38 years I've lived in Lynchburg. I went for the first time during lunch this past week and absolutely fell in love with the soup and salad bar! I loved it so much I came back for a second time! Not only was the food exceptional, the price of just $10 (which includes the drink) was unbelievable. Top quality food and the best soup and salad bar price in town? Like Arnold said... "I'll be back!"

My family eat at the Crown not as much as we would like to. The price, if you look at what you get is a good price, best I have ever found in Lynchburg. You can get cheaper but not as good. The food is outstanding, can't be beat and the service makes us feel as if we are family. My memories are created there. I don't even try other places anymore because too much overpriced, cold food and poor service. If you want the best, go to the Crown. We have eaten there since the early 70's..One time I had a steak not up to par, the waiter noticed I was eating it slowly, approached me and asked if the steak was OK. I normally don't complain, but told the waiter the problem and I had another steak promptly.
