Me and my girlfriend came in to seeing. A black female manager giving a timid white male a hard time about cleaning tables while everyone else was laughing and giggling. I offered the guy a job I wanted to help him feel comfortable at work. I'm black myself. So this has nothing to do with race. But we are all people we should be treated like people. I think that manager needs to be fired or demoted to teach her to not abuse her power. She shouldn't discipline anyone. In front of customers being loud amd rude.

Great experience, employees went above the minimum in service and hospitality. Made small talk while waiting, were polite, and explained a few questions and deals

This place is amazing except when you are trying to get some decent service but shakes and frostys are good.

My daughter was a employee there and a good employee for a 16yr old and the manager daron sat around on his phone played to much instead of helping my daughter work the front and when they would get super busy my child would be stuck up front struggling to get all orders out and take the orders and on four or five occassions they allowed customers to verbally abuse my 16 yr old and do nothing to defend her or difuse it for her and these are adults verbally abusing my child so i had to go up there cause my child calls me crying and go in and tell her to get her belongings lets go its a shame her first job experience was like this and its a shame this manager was complained on and yet he still there to my understanding he went to college to be a school teacher boy you cant even run a wendys let alone a class of students i understand customer supposed to be right but we all know in the real world thats not facts first of all yalls nasty attitudes aint worth the 7.25 a hr was paying my child and when i wanted to speak to the manager no one would go get him for me bunch of punks cant even face a woman much less make sure my child is safe working in your establishment and whats sad is earlier in the day my daughter was tipped 5 bucks and told she was a great employee also got employee of the month but your manager kept allowing people to mistreat her and his lazy behind didnt do his job to help out when they was busy.... smh this wendy just gets worse over the years needs to shut it down.......
