I highly recommend Addison and Dr. Miller for all your animals health care needs! He truly cares about your fur babies as if they were his own. Its not about the money for him its about the health and welfare of your fur-kids. His staff are very sweet and professional! I would not take my babies anywhere else!!

They were able to get us an appointment and see our dog quickly. They were friendly and courteous.

We have had nothing but great experiences with this animal hospital! Very friendly and informative staff, and they don't mind a worried dog parent calling to check on there fur baby! I have been very pleased and will continue to bring my pups to this vet.

If you want to be charged $40 unwittingly and without choice for the guy to check your dogs teeth and listen to your dog breath, this is the place to go. I don't need a "preventative care exam" - I know when my dogs healthy. They're also very "insistent" on you getting every shot possible and all of the medication possible to make sure your dog "stays healthy"... they're just trying to get you to spend more money any way they can. Never going back.

Dr. Miller and the vet assistants are wonderful, but the secretary is awful. She is the reason why I will never go back. A few months ago, I rescued a cat that was starving and honestly looked like it'd been hit by a car. I immediately brought her to Addison Animal Hospital to be treated, and they were great. Today I brought her back because she obviously wasn't getting better or gaining weight and had bad matting due to her messy eating habits. The secretary talked to me as if I mistreated my cat, telling me I need to think about the quality of her life. I obviously care about her life if I rescued her AND brought her in twice. This cat is so spoiled, yet is still declining in health. I bathe her once a week and she eats all day long! Instead of thanking me for caring about that, she accuses me of causing her decline. If someone is treated this way for bringing a sick animal to an animal hospital, what in the world are they supposed to do? How about, "You did the right thing by bringing her in, this is how we can help..." Better yet, how about she sticks to answering the phones and let's the vet tell me what to do? In the 6 years I've brought my pets to them, I'm done. Get ready for some serious judgmental comments if you're bringing a sick animal in.
