Nice package and clean ride, however, the customer update is not encouraging, as u don't get breakdown of your transaction, overall the Manchester team is fantastic.

They were excellent to work with - friendly, professional, caring. The employees were incredibly helpful after my car accident, and helped me even when my insurance ran out and the auto body shop would not help. A true class act here. Would recommend 100%.

Courteous, caring, professional and cost effective! What a great experience, I needed to rent a vehicle one way to Ohio and Enterprise was the most reasonable and accommodating. Although the cost was acceptable at the start of my journey, when I settled up the bill at the end of my trip it actually cost me less than quoted...Yeah!!

Pickup and dropoff were efficient and courteous. No surprises on the final bill. They, like all car rental, operators nudge customers to buy unnecessary insurance.
The intermediate SUV we rented was a Ford Escape. The vehicle was in great shape and had only 7,000 miles on the odometer. The car was free of unpleasant odors and was immaculate. Drove well. Good mileage
It would be great if more high-end features were included but I was able to connect my phone for hands free operation and I was able to listen topodcasts from my phone.
I would rent here again.

I made my reservation over the phone and apparently got an off site reservation. They gave me a great price, which I was later to learn was to low, but the local site on Second St in Manchester, NH, honored the price I was quoted on the phone. Upon arrival I was given my choice of vehicles and found the staff on site to be friendly and quick to assist.
