Comfy SLEEP NUMBER beds! Onot complaint was the heat. Set it about 4 degrees higher than you want it. But rooms were very quiet and clean!

Clean room, good customer service, and great location. Was a life saver after having our power knocked out with an infant to take care of. Pet friendly too!

I was here for an entertainment event. I didn't stay as a guest. The lobby and conference decor is dated in my opinion. Though it seemed clean with parking within a block. The location is good for walking around the downtown area.

The staff at the front desk was extremely accommodating. We had a service dog with us; the hotel staff were wonderful with her. Anything we needed for her, they helped us get without issue. The rooms were spacious, clean, and stocked with all the amenities you could expect to find. The hotel itself is right in downtown Manchester, so in addition to direct access to the convention center, it's a short walk to get to any of the local shops, businesses, restaurants, or nightclubs in the area. All-in-all, a fantastic stay, and highly recommended.

Rooms were clean and of decent size. The bathroom was nice and large. The staff seemed bothered by the guests (cutting them off in the hallways, trying to get on the elevator before guests got off). The location was pretty convenient to walk to restaurants and shopping.
