We've been loyal patrons since almost day one. Farm to Table European style bistro with a Mediterranean flair. Great standard menu items, from small plates and salads to distinctive entrees, flatbreads, and paninis. Speaking of which, try the Kelly Brook Farm sandwich at your earliest convenience. The specials are always just that - usually an amazing vegetarian option along with something meaty and delicious and a couple of killer seafood options. In fact, I've never enjoyed seafood as much as I have at Republic over the past few years. As good as lunch and dinner are, don't forget to try breakfast as well. Amazing coffee, and traditional breakfast flair with a twist. Eggs are always perfect. The room is not huge, but even on the busiest nights it maintains an intimate charm and a great community atmosphere. A lot of credit is due to the wait staff, many of whom have been around from the beginning, or at least for several years. Some have even become friends over time and you can see that is the case for many of the other patrons as well. Great place, great food, great people... a true Manchester gem.

I absolutely love this place. Service is excellent & the food is always even better than the last time! Excellent menu & they make a mean cup of coffee & an excellent Cappuccino! My "Go To" restaurant of choice in Manchester. ENJOY!

This place was a refreshing surprise! Traveling, I sometimes don't know what to expect, but this cute and friendly boutique bistro hit the spot! My third visit within a week and never once did they disappoint. Excellent service, Excellent food!

Good eclectic menu with items usually sourced locally. Comfortable atmosphere. Excellent service. Full bar with rotating selection of craft beers. Easy to find. Indoor or outside (sidewalk café) seating. Public parking garage within one block.
