I had a great experience at this intimate spa. Locally owned and operated with vision and innovation, the entire team is fantastic. A package was built for me - expertly via email with Kim. She ensured that it was perfectly combined with plenty of extra touches that made the entire visit seamless and relaxing. The treatments were all lovely, especially the massage (Kim) and facial. I had a lunch and nutritional coaching as well as 2 trail sessions with Angela. As a 20 year vegetarian, I wasn't sure what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. Angela's passion and enthusiasm is infectious and sure to inspire anyone. The trail sessions are fantastic especially with the leaves changing.

Attentive yet subtle customer service, exceptional products and a serene and relaxing environment will bring me back. I have visited hundreds of spas around the world, and this was a great experience.

Great place! A friend suggested that I try the Advance Athlete Revival Massage and I'm glad I did. The check in process was easy and I was able to sit in the infrared sauna while waiting for my massage. The therapist Mark was awesome, I felt amazing afterward and learned a lot. Can't speak highly enough of this place.

I love the atmosphere and dedication of the staff here. They truly care about making every experience at Exhale enjoyable. I've had several appointments here that included massages, facials, pedicures and more. Each one left me relaxed and was well worth the money. I will continue to go back as often as I can!
