It is such a shame that I couldn't get more done here. I did have a facial once here and had had a difficult time getting through to make the appointment. I did like my facial because it was relaxing and was given water at the end however, the costumer service was lacking. No body greeted or acknowledged my presence even though only one person was getting a service done at that time.
The second attempt was not too fruitful. Not only did I call several times, with out getting through to a person but also leaving two different voicemails with out a return call. Once I did get a call back and was given a cell phone number to call but I didn't bother. It was not worth the difficult time trying to get an appointment.
I will not try to make an appointment here again.

Worst customer service experience I have ever had. I booked an appointment for a cut and foils with Lauren (who I later found out was the salon owner). When I got to my appointment I was informed that she was out sick, so I rescheduled for a week later. I showed up for that appointment and she NEVER showed up or even called!!!! Another stylist that was there offered to do my hair later in the week, but there is no way I was ever stepping foot in that salon again. Unbelievable way to treat customers, especially in this economy!
