One of the most awful service I've never been to. I booked an appointment for 4 to get my dog shoots, they gave me an appointment card and everything, once I got there they said it was 4:55 until the next person is available. We waited around 4:55 to get our dog shoots, but noooooooooooo they couldn't take any dogs at the moment. Around 5:30 we were available to get service for our dog. An hour and 30 mins of wait.....

I have never had anything but positive experiences at Banfield. I have been taking my dog and cats here for years now. One of the things I love is that they are open all weekend with evening hours during the week. Just knowing that I can bring my dog or cat in unexpectedly for an emergency without being charged an exorbitant fee is such a relief. When being presented diagnosis or treatment, I never feel pressured to make a decision, and they give me realistic expectations of cost and commitment to whatever the treatment is.

i am very happy with my services at banfield i have 3 cats 1 who was abandoned & abused other 2 abandoned before i adopted none at seen a vet & they are great answer all my questions concerns

I love them they are great both both my animals, and they don't look down on you if you can't afford something. I also love the monthly plans it covers so much of their care. It's honestly the best vet I've taken my animals to.

I highly recommend going elsewhere for your pet's Vet needs. Not only do you get sucked into a monthly fee which auto renews each year, you cannot even get an appointment for your dog when you actually need one. When I called to complain after waiting a month for an appointment for my sick dog I was told that I am "more than welcome to go take my dog to another Vet," and that their appointments are first come first serve, it doesn't matter if you have a sick pet in need of medical care or if its just a check up. I pay monthly for my dogs wellness plan and have since she was 8 weeks old for basically nothing. Very disappointed, cancelled the plan as soon as I could and I will definitely be bringing my dog "someplace else."
