Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I recently rented a car from Enterprise in Manhattan Kansas and was a 100% satisfied with the staff, the vehicle and its performance. Our organiozation uses their services on a regular basis and we have had some issues from time to time and they have been resolved in a professional manner.

The car tags were expired. The car needed an oil change three months ago. Please be more aware to insure your customers are driving vehicles that are up-to date with maintence and care. The car performed fine and I thankfully never got pulled over. Next time double check the stuff!

Don't let your insurance company send you here for a rental while your car is being repaired. The insurance company offered to rent a light truck for me during the repair, since that is what I normally drive, so the insurance company and I reserved the rental 6 days in advance (on a Tuesday). When the Enterprise driver came to pick me up at the body shop the following Monday, he did not come in. He was not driving a clearly marked vehicle. He was wearing a t-shirt and ballcap. I had no idea that he was my ride. The guys at the body shop said that's my ride. The ride to Enterprise was bad because the driver was not a smooth driver. Very jerky driving that made me nauseous, even in the front seat. At the rental store, when I said that I had reserved a light truck, they said the insurance company had not authorized that, so I would have to pay the difference. So, I called the insurance company, and they claimed they HAD authorized a truck. So, eventually Enterprise found that the insurance company was correct. But they had no light trucks. They had no clean trucks. All they had was a dirty 2-ton diesel pickup, which is not at all what was reserved. It was like my phone call to reserve the vehicle, and the insurance company's separate phone call to reserve the vehicle, had never happened. They gave me a nice car; dirty windshield, but otherwise fine. When I asked if they could get a truck for me, they said that one would probably not be coming in, and I could call to check later in the week. They made no effort to bring in a light truck from another location. Next time, I'll go to Hertz at the airport.

Drive you to the office, pay your bill, on your way. Great concept for business savvy and in town residents for weekend getaway. Low cost. No gift cards, but debit cards welcomed. Credit card. Need $200 for deposit, get back when you turn in the vehicle, car.

As always Enterprise offered very good service. From the choice of two cars that was available to me, the agent helped me with the facts of both cars like mileage etc. which helped me to decide which car to pick. The car was clean and in good condition and I enjoyed driving it. More so, they have the option to provide us the receipts and agreement in email which is environment friendly. Great place for renting cars!
