This Momma is so incredibly thankful for Little Apple Dentistry! We had tried so many different dentist because our daughter was terrified to have work done and didn't feel comfortable at many other offices. She loved Little Apple from day one and so do my other kids!

I enjoyed the visits personally for my children however, during a difficult time in my life I missed a few visits. Because I have 4 children, that counted as 4 missed appointments. I was not given notice that If we call in shortly before or miss another appointment that we would be dismissed here. The communication is lack there of at this facility which is part of treating your customers fairly. I do not recommend them esp. since I called in!

Dr. Underwood is always very kind and patient with my children. They really love her soothing and calm demeanor. As a parent, I truly trust them in her knowledgeable hands. I appreciate how forward she is when presenting facts, even those facts that are hard to hear. I feel like her attention to detail and focus really sets her apart from other dentists we have used.

Daughter was supposed to have 1 tooth pulled. This would be the first time anything other than a cleaning would be done to her teeth. She has only been seen her one other time, so I am not very familiar with the staff. I felt more comfortable going back with her especially since they were going to give her an anesthetic. The hygienist was so rude. I told her I was coming back or they were not doing the procedure and she said that's not allowed and just turned her back and walked away from me. No explanation, no trying to talk to me, no discussion with the doctor. I normally don't mind them taking her back on her own but I don't know them or their practice. I would not trust them with my kids after how rude and unprofessional the hygienist was.
