The staff are friendly for the most part. The facility is very clean. My only complaints are; I never get seen until at least an hour after my appointment time. They told me there was no co pay then after three visits they wanted me to pay a copay for the last three visits right then and there. It was embarrassing! Some of the staff tend to talk down to you. If my insurance would allow me to be seen somewhere I else. I would choose to go elsewhere.

I was told by my GP that he would call Inspire and have them call me to make an appointment. I waited a week and nothing so I called them. She said, Oh here is your folder on the bottom of my pile. So my GP did call. My GP sent me here to check tinnitus that occurred. As I entered the building and walked up to the desk the receptionist didn't greet me, smile or say hello. She asked my name found my folder and shoved a clipboard toward me and said fill this out. I did. Returned to the front desk, she said I have to have $40 from you before you see the Dr. I wrote her a check. No thank you. No please, nothing. I the proceeded to get my hearing checked. The young lady was very nice and did a wonderful job she was very friendly. I was then set in a little hallway and waited about 30 min. The Dr. Came and got me. He seemed nice but rushed. He looked in my ears, felt my thyroid, looked in my throat asked me what sound
I heard. He gave me an order for TSH blood work, said that I would have to go home and learn to live with it. No magic pill. He said I can get blood work done but it would probably come back normal. I left. I was in his office for 4 minutes. The bill just for that office consultation was $200.00. The hearing test and 40$ was not included in that. I was filled with anxiety and confused about what was happening to me. I felt worse when I left there. I grew up on a cattle ranch and now I know how those poor cattle felt when we ran them through the chute and let them out into the pasture. I was not impressed and felt their consultation fee was way out of line. I won't be returning there or recommending their services to others. I was very disappointed. I understand there is no cure for tinnitus but it was new to me and I was scared. I do hope the receptionist will be more aware of her actions and how that makes their office look uncaring.

I was told by my daughters pediatrician that the ENT office would call us to make an appointment because it was a referral and they never called me. I had been called them twice and left messages both times but the office still did not contact me. My daughters pediatrician had called the office to see if they had gotten her referral because they had not contacted me and they had confirmed they had received the referral and told my daughters pediatrician they have no idea why the front desk has not called us yet. Then when I was finally able to get a hold of them to schedule I had talk to a lady that was very very rude and they were having phone problems at the time so in the midst of trying to schedule an appointment the phones hung up. I had then called right back and a different lady answered and said the other lady went to lunch. So I scheduled the appointment with the second lady I talked to and was scheduled for two weeks out. The entire time it had been four weeks before I could even have my daughter seen. This is ridiculous and my little girl has had your problems every month and this was urgent. Her pediatrician even said she would contact the doctor via email to let him know how urgent it was. The office staff seems to be a little behind or something because they had not contacted me at all.

The staff person who called to schedule my appointment was very pleasant on the phone, as well as all of the staff in the office the day of my appointment. I did not have to wait, and Dr. Purdom was efficient and friendly. Great experience overall!
