This office is a joke! They never answer their phones and it takes a month to get any kind of test results back even if they say 1-2 days. You have to leave voicemails to make an appointment or ask the nurse anything and it takes days and even weeks to get back to. They need to have someone at the phones at all times like a normal Dr office. And actually hsve nurses call patients back in a timely matter. Will NOT be going back there. Do not waste your time find someone else.

I would highly suggest driving to Topeka or anywhere else to have an annual exam done. This office is horrible. I had an annualappointment with Dr Good pasture, and made her aware that it was the first time I ever had one done. She mentioned to me some random test that she was collecting for, but I had no idea that it was something outside of a normal annual appointment, which again I mentioned never having had before. Well I get a surprise a few weeks later with a $112 bill when the appointment was supposed to be 100% covered by insurance. Well the billing manager was completely rude and a smart ass saying I obviously didn't have a problem with the test being done since I had gone in and checked my results that day. Me checking my results was not me seeing a bill that day! I had no idea at all that they were submitting 3 additional tests for billing to my insurance until a few weeks later. She then said there's nothing she can do and that "if I have a problem paying my bills I can set up a payment plan!" What kind of manager says something so rude like that? I never once said I couldn't pay the bill only that I was illegally charged for 3 tests I did not consent to. If I were you I would question every thing they do during an appointment and do not let the Dr touch you without asking what will be billed for and what is part of the appointment.

Setting an appointment is impossible, I usually try and make my next appointment before I leave the office because I hate playing phone tag with them. But last time they told me I wasn't allowed to make a new appointment till I got my test results back and that they would call me to discuss the test results and set up a next appointment. 2 months later, no phone call about test results, I eventually received the results in the mail from the lab. Still trying to get a hold of the nurse so I can set up a new appointment. At this point I might just switch to Lafene, at least there I can make appointments online and it would probably be cheaper. I've also had to wait for over 30 minutes in exam rooms multiple times because they are always behind.

The women's health group was amazing. Until my latest breast exam (if you could call it that) I felt a lump, she felt a lump, advised me to take Advil. I was charged $100. I have to pay for my insurance which pays 20%. That's great. I still owe them & until I get a real breast exam they can keep calling. I am outraged that she didn't have 5 minutes to sit down with me & let me really explain. It was a 3 minute visit for $100? Seems like highway robbery to me.

I am so thankful for the care that Dr. Priddle and the staff have given me. They were wonderful with my first pregnancy and now with my second. I always feel informed when it comes to my health and that of my baby, I could not ask for a better place to receive care. Pregnancy can be rough and these people have made both of mine so much easier.
