Waited 20 mins in line tonight and only one car in front of me ordered. Tuesday 10/17/17 we waited 20 mins before they told us they didn't have the taco shells we ordered. We waited 10 more minutes for the replacement tacos! 30 mins for 3 tacos?? The Taco Bell on the other side of town is awesome, this one is terrible!

Worst fast food service of my life took 30 yes 30 minutes to get a crunchwrap supreme! The staff was not nice at all and so many people were waiting as long as me. Ridiculous

Longest wait of any "fast" food establishment I've ever been to and on a regular basis. I've been coming to the 1155 Westport Dr location for about a year, mainly because it's the closest cheap eatery to my place, and the wait time has been consistently dreadful. I think during my trip today I waited in the drive-thru for about 18 minutes (behind 2 cars). Employees don't even apologize for the wait because it's become so normalized. Everybody and the employees know customers are going to wait the amount of time it would take to drive across town to go to the other Taco Bell. I don't like to write these things but there needs to be a change in management. I noticed older reviews have similar experiences so management will probably never read this but I finally came to my senses and realized how much time I've wasted so I will not be returning to this location. Aside from that the staff is friendly and they've never messed up my order so it gets an extra star.

This Taco Bell seems to be piloting a new "mystery order" program. Essentially, you order what you want, and somehow 9/10ths of your order magically changes in the food creation process. I don't think I've ever gotten exactly what I ordered - even when that order was a single taco. Only go here if you are willing to pay for a randomized version of what you want to eat.
