When I made my appointment, I told the receptionist exactly what procedures I was interested in. It would have been great if the girl taking my appointment could have just told me that Dr. Murray wouldn't even consider either procedure "for someone my age." It would have saved everyone's time and me, my co-pay.

Much improved! I have always loved Dr. Lasley but their front office staff had been borderline rude and they ran about an hour behind. Yesterday--wow! What a difference! I was actually seen on time and the front office staff was much nicer. I was going to change doctors, even though I love Dr. Lasley, but after yesterday, I'm pleased to say I'm staying a patient!

Appreciated that the office staff was courteous and professional on arrival. Appreciated that the appointment was on time
Most importantly, I felt confident that the Dr was the best for me - she was friendly and listened and followed up on every point - then ended the appointment with a review of action items for both of us. I felt confident that the Doctor was more than competent and wanted to provide a high standard of care

If there is ever a question why Women's Associates has low ratings I would ask them to question their operations and customer service. Why does anyone need to jump through hoops to schedule an appointment? What makes your facilities so special that people have to waist their time because Women's associates doesn't even care to answer their phone let alone change their voice message in the day time that states their closed when their open. It is sad when a customer returns your call within 3 minutes about their appointment being canceled less than 24 hours and gets a voice message that your closed. I am sorry to myself for going to this place just because it was a few blocks away from where I live. I rather drive 30 minutes than continually deal with this.
